Benjamin is a graduate in Actuarial Science with a specialization in Marketing, and additional course work in Brand Strategy (Kellogg ) and Leadership (LBS ) . He has worked at Coca Cola Femsa, Nestle Mexico, Ipsos, and since January 2015, leads the area ofConsumer Knowledge at ALICORP.

Benjamin ‘s work is mainly based on three important points : to develop and promote a model of innovation to fuel growth and achieve brand positioning worldwide. Search know and understand the motivations and emotions that govern the behavior of consumers and impacting positioning, customer loyalty and brand development .
