Jorge has 20+ years’ experience in market research, 13 in Millward Brown. Currently leads the marketing of solutions in Latin America from Mexico City. Previously headed the global innovation team from Warwick UK, launching the Meaningfully Different Framework to measure brand equity. Before that, managed the Vermeer and Marketing Sciences practices in Mexico.
Mexican by birth, but global citizen by decision. Forty-five years old, married with a 4-month daughter, two ferrets, two cats and a dog. Studied maths for first degree (ITAM) and a master in applied stats (Oxford).
Frequent lecturer in various Latin-American universities like ITAM (Mexico) and UAI (Chile), and avid Kindle-reader of science and marketing books.
Biggest achievements include a month long retreat at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery, camping in front of Moái (Easter Island stone heads) and drinking single malt wearing a kilt –no pants.
