Director – Firefly Millward Brown (Perú)
For nearly 11 years, Hector has worked hand in hand with big brands, using anthropological methodologies, semiotics, digital and neuroscience in order to understand the multitude of ways consumers get about these days.
Hector’s training as an anthropologist (Degree in Social Anthropology from the University of the Andes – COL), complimented by post-graduate studies in marketing (U EAFIT-COL) and strategic planning for advertsing (UADE-ARG), has allowed him to maintain a balance between social theory and marketing, which comes through in his summaries and out of the box recommendations.
Hector has a long track record in social research across many companies and geographies, recently joining the Peruvian team, after having worked for Millward Brown Colombia, and more recently in Millward Brown Dubai and Middle East.
Previously Hector served as strategic planning director in advertising agencies, university docent, and as an insights specialist on the client side.
