He is an MBA from IDE Business School, School Network IESE and specialized in the application of design thinking to the creation of new businesses following the Master of Design Methods in IIT Institute of Design in Chicago, one of the most important schools in the world in design and innovation. It has a specialization in marketing at the Kellogg School of Management and other executive education courses at Stanford, Harvard and Rotman.
He studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Lima and worked 10 years at Kimberly Clark, where he did innovation projects for the base of the pyramid and created a joint venture of companies including Kimberly Clark, Coca Cola, Tetra Pak, OI, between others, to promote recycling in Peru.
In addition to working projects with companies in Peru as Alicorp, Celima, Lindley, Qroma, UPC, Telefonica, Backus, among others,Rodrigo has experience performing innovation projects in Kenya, India, USA, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador and Bolivia with companies such as Gates Foundation, Godrej and Boyce, Herman Miller, Banco Itau and Facebook.
