Industrial Engineer with a Customer Intelligence Diploma from Universidad de Chile and 12 years of experience in media research. Currently working as an Industry Manager for Retail at Google in Chile. Previously in the same company he worked as a Research Manager conducting external and internal research to explain consumer behavior and understand the online media market. Prior to Google, worked at Time Ibope (largest Media Research Company in Chile) managing broadcast channel and media agency clients, providing them with television audience measurement studies. Additionally, was a member of the AIM (Chilean Market Researchers Association) board, part-time Professor of Market Research at Universidad de los Andes, and an active participant in the IAB metrics committee.
