20 years of experience, leading regional and global product innovation programs at P&G. With focus on consumer fundamental understanding, innovation strategy definition and franchise work for one of the key P&G´s business unit, while providing direct coaching to more than 5 team members. More recently leading the LAIC innovation capability (Design Hub & Product Testing Group) . I have a strong record of developing and creating effective consumer understanding across the LA region that results in product strategies and business maximization. I have proven the ability to manage the accurate translation of consumer’s insight into action while taking into account business priority, timing, cost and product requirement.
